Dear Sir,
We are interested in ___________________ of JAPANESE QUAILS at our above mentioned address.
We therefore, request you to kindly issue us a Licence for _________________ of JAPANESE QUAILS at a early date.
I am legally bind to abide following preconditions.
(i) The farm should be located at not less than :
a) 4.5 to 5 Kms. away from the notified Forest areas if there is no human inhabitation in-between.
b) The Farm should be located at a distance not less that 2.5 to 3 Kms. away from Wildlife and Forest areas where there is human habitation between the Farm and Forest/Wildlife notified area.
(ii) The Farm should not be close to water logged areas.
(iii) The Farm should strictly observe bio-security measures particularly hygiene and sanitation within enclosures, and provide the basic health cover for the birds. Birds should not be allowed to roam in the open outside enclosures.
(iv) There should be adequate fencing around the Farm/Building to avoid entry of stray animals and for the public to come in direct contact with birds.
